What’s your returns policy?

We want you to enjoy your games night to the fullest, if you’re playing one of our games and something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

If you bought a physical product and it is damaged, we’ll make that right by sending out a new copy, or provide a refund. We may ask for photographic proof but this will be managed on a case-by-case basis.

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our games, physical or digital, lets talk and we’ll work it out. Email us with your concerns, and we’ll aim to make this right. This is on a case-by-case basis.

How long does delivery take?

Digital - like a goblin on a skateboard. A link will be provided within 10 minutes or an immediate download, depending on the product.

Physical - It depends. If you are UK based, we aim to have your product with you within 2-5 business days. Outside of the UK, it will be dependant on your local mail carrier and if Trump is playing funny buggers with global supply chain networks.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Of course! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can work our magic. After that, it’s in the hands of the postal gods.

Is everything environmentally friendly?

We truly try our best! We will never use anything harmful to the environment, 1000 year plastics etc. where there is a valid alternative available.

What game should I play if I want to argue with my friends but still love them after?

Do you really play all these games yourselves?

Yes. Rigorously. With snacks. And sometimes costumes.

YES! We love wild ideas. Send them to us and maybe we’ll turn your chaos into cardboard.

Do you accept bribes for letting people win?

Only if the bribe is biscuits. And even then—it depends on the biscuit.
